Another small hazardous materials cabinet:-

✅Supplied.
✅Delivered.
✅Installed (including positioning and securely bolting to the ground)
✅Defective COSHH cabinet removed and disposed of.

This was all carried out by us with the defective store removed and the new one fully installed by 09:30.

We supply and install small cabinets and vaults. They are built to comply with COSHH regulations and are used for the safe and secure storage of small quantities of hazardous goods.

Preparation is the most important part of any re paint.

It is what takes the time and determines the quality and longevity of the paint finish.

This building is being completely refurbished to a higher standard than when it was built.

When finished it will feature modern upgrades to:-

• Insulation.
• Lighting.
• Heating.
• Windows.
• Flooring.
• Installed in accordance with BS7671 Amendment 3 for the electrical installation.

Meaning it will truly be the green option.

We were asked to provide a plant room extension to an existing modular building.

After viewing images and Google maps we visited site to confirm the details, specification and location of the proposed new building.

The container was designed and built including:

•Full height pipe work aperture.
•Plywood lining to the walls.
•Insulation.
•Extra ventilation.
•Double doors.

The next challenge was delivery and installation.
•The large crane lorry was set up on our 1 metre diameter crane pads.
•The building was then lifted over the existing building on to foundation pads.
•Tucked under the existing buildings facia.
•The pre made service pipe apertures and floor levels lined up.
•Crane lorry packed away and left site all before lunch time!

As most of us know things do not always go to plan.
Luckily there is always another Foden to lend a hand. Thanks Dave Read for such a swift response and repair.

At least the new wheels are still shining!

Some times some sites where containers are required at first seem impossible.

This one from a few years ago is a good example.

• No access for a crane lorry.
• Too much of a reach for a mobile crane.
• Tree cover above.
• Over grass.

All of this at first seems impossible.

We had the solution.

• Lift the container from our crane lorry on to our Land Rover and specially designed trailer already in the park.
• Using our Land Rover to transport and manoeuvre the container in to position.
Jack the container up.
• Drive the Land Rover and trailer out.
• Jack the container down and level.

Container in position and ready for use.
