Something else we’ve been working on and completed recently is this model of Flying Scotsman. Originally the TTS version it came to us completely gutless, with no electronics whatsoever. A rebuild of the tender electronics first complete with a TTS decoder, then tackled the locomotive. She has come out an absolute treat and is a wonderful runner. #60103

Something very different at the railway this afternoon, testing this kit built emmett locomotive. Apparently the furthest this locomotive had ever ran!

A rare sight down here these days, a pair of ex cross country HST power cars top and tailing a test train. Possibly capturing track data, as there was defective track somewhere along the line.

Busy times outside of the hobby and the lack of movements near me has meant there’s been a lack of content. Happy to be back with this wonderful railtour headed by scotrail class 47 tailed with a rare liveried class 57 which made for some great viewing. More things to come in the next few months, with galas and special event movements!

Another Class 37 fitted with DCC sound, this time its Bachmann 37558 ‘Avro Vulcan XH558’. Fitted with dual megabass speakers these do sound amazing.

Another unusual working from Eastleigh Arlington to Bournemouth depot in the form of 458401. Normally they come down from Wimbledon so if anyone has any information as to why this 5Q95 started at Eastleigh please do drop in the comments!
