🚂🔥 STEAM TRAVEL IS BACK TOMORROW! 🔥🚂

We’ve got some VERY exciting news… steam services return to the Epping Ongar Railway TOMORROW, Wednesday 26th August! 🎉

After temporarily suspending steam running due to the recent dry conditions and associated risks, we’re delighted to be able to welcome our steam locomotives back into service. ❤️

We will continue to regularly review the conditions and risks.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we’ve had to make these changes. 🥰

Now… who’s ready to hear that beautiful steam whistle again?! 🚂💨

Our Signal Box Experience is just £145 on 31 August (Bank Holiday Monday)

Hands On: 6 hours working the lever frame and Electronic Key Token devices

Expert Guidance: Work alongside our skilled supervisors who will walk you through every aspect of the operation.

Total Immersion: The experience begins at 10:00 and lasts up to 6 hours.

Perks: We include lunch for you, a cab ride, and all-day rover tickets for a member to enjoy the railway while you manage the controls.

It's an entirely Diesel service this weekend due to the very dry conditions around the amazing Epping Ongar Railway.
