"Red" has a head! Big thanks to James Burgess for making us the new head for this amazing piece of history.

Back in July, I went and picked James up from his home in Northampton to bring him to Chesterfield and make a new dome section for AaruII 2-5. In return for which I helped him make a mould of the fender for his own personal use and drive him here and back. Thank you so much buddy for your help and a big thanks to all the other Dalek builders who have come forward with offers to help out on this beautiful project. 😁

We would like to welcome to Tom's Refurbishments Dalek AaruII 2-5, also known as the Sugarpuffs Dalek, but we call him "Red".

When we acquired him, his head was missing so we will be replicating a new one based on photos of the original and using as many original Shawcraft techniques as possible. Happy 10 years married to my amazing wife Lauren Connor who I will forever love and cherish for the rest of my life.

We've been through a lot over the years and always come out stronger than ever together and I can't believe how lucky I am to have you in my life. The family we have made with our daughter is everything to me, and to share this anniversary week with you both in Scotland with our friend Amy Glossop's little lad Killian has been amazing.
