As we’ll soon be moving to our new reception area, we are introducing a new check-in procedure. For the safety of all our guests we kindly ask that dogs remain safely in your vehicle while you complete the check-in process. Once you have checked in, we’ll let you know when it’s time to bring your dog inside.

We appreciate your understanding as we make this change and thank you for your continued cooperation! 🐾

To put all owners minds at rest with dogs that will be boarding with us during the heat. We would like you to know this means that during the heat we won't be exercising the dogs on our paddocks, our main focus will be on keeping them well hydrated and as cool as possible during this time.
This is in the best interest of the dogs welfare to keep them all safe.

Polite Notice to all customers if your dog/s are on any special diets or have allergies to certain proteins please make sure to provide their own food to prevent tummy upset.

We do supply a complete biscuit which the flavour may vary from time to time and a Tinned meat that is either chunks in jelly or loaf.
