We all have a stretch of river that feels particularly ours — perhaps where you learned to row, took family walks, kept a boat, watched a regatta, or simply stopped for a cup of tea.

If you could choose one place on the non-tidal Thames to revisit this week, where would it be — and what makes it special?

River Thames: restrictions and closures

Due to local incident, Sunbury Lock will be on hand wind during Lock and Weir Keeper hours. Outside of Lock and Weir Keeper hours the lock will be closed to navigation. This page will be updated with further information as soon as possible.
