Dear Bob and Jane,

Thank you very much for sharing your lovely boat with us today in what we all agreed was a beautifully appropriate farewell to Dad.

You were both very kind and sensitive; we greatly appreciated the effort you went to, and the way you welcomed us aboard "Song and Dance".

The ceremony was a fitting tribute to our 92 year old beloved Dad. We all agreed you helped make the occasion the wonderful tribute to him that it was. Thank you both very much.

From the time of our arrival all the way to when we came back onshore , thank you for the kindness, respect and dignity you showed during the scattering of Dad's ashes . It brought us comfort at a difficult time.
Your compassion and professionalism in arranging the scattering meant more to the family than I can say.

Hi Jane

It was great to meet you and Robert this weekend.

On behalf of the whole family, I would like to thank you for all you help in scattering our grandmother’s ashes. The service was very well organised, communication was excellent and it all ran very smoothly which allowed us to give grandmother a very dignified send-off.

The feedback from all family members has been overwhelmingly positive, which includes a number of individuals for whom it was their first time on the water and were apprehensive going into the service but you put them at ease.

I would definitely recommend you to others (and please feel free to use this message as official feedback from me).

My family and I recently scattered the ashes of a loved one. It was, of course, a difficult day, but it felt peaceful and truly right thanks to the support of Jane and Robert. From the very first contact they were warm, reassuring, and incredibly kind. They were punctual, thoughtful throughout, and made us feel completely at ease.

The boat itself is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. We also had a 4‑year‑old with us, and both Jane and Robert were wonderful with her, which meant so much on an emotional day.

I highly recommend Swanning About Charters. They are exceptional, and we are deeply grateful for the care they showed our family.

Aww thank you so much. Ur service was absolutely brilliant. You made the process very easy to understand and put our minds at ease. The whole family were at ease. It was hard to see the ashes go in the water but the final process was required for Manjit to be at peace. 🙏🙏 we were lucky we had such an understanding couple like you and partner. Thank you for ur outstanding service once again. Ur showed empathy which really made us feel relaxed and comfortable. God bless you both. Hi Jane and Robert, thank you for a lovely day, it was a lovely final farewell for our Dad. From the very first call with Jane, to the day itself, the whole process of scattering our Dad's ashes was handled with care and empathy, of which we couldn't have asked for anything more.
