It's big so plan what you would like to do. I only went for two reason (see photo's). Wish I'd done 2 or 3 nights not 4.
Stayed in Meininger Hotel, only giving this a 👍👍👍. Enough said on the hotel. Being down the Beatles Platz and telling the tourists guides your from Liverpool you can feel the love ❤️ 😃.

Lovely small city, plenty to do & see. A two night stay is enough time to enjoy the sights.
I stay in the Meininger Hotel not to far even for me from the station. The room was a four bed, nice space but not brilliant, the shower was brilliant & breakfast was excellent all around I give it a 👍👍👍👍👍.

***DAY TWO GALWAY***

What a wonderful day, spontaneous is the of the day. After breakfast I went downstairs & got talking the coach driver parked up outside the hostel. Out blue he asked me did I want the last seat, so I jump at the chance for €30 normal price €45. 😀

The trip was around County Galway & parts of County Clare including the Cliffs of Moher which are beautiful all in all a great day out.

Arrived safe & sound in Galway after a 10 hour journey. Hostel nice roll on Wednesday night the first of three Idlewild gigs. But for now let enjoy Galway.

***ON THE RAILS***

Making my way to Glasgow for a gig at Barrowland Ballroom Glasgow to see Peter Hook & The Light what a nightmare!!!!! Got my train from Whiston to Huyton ✔. Train to Wigan North Western for the 11:26 to Glasgow with plenty of time to spur ✔. Sat at Wigan for 15 minutes to be told I need to make my way to Preston. Arrived at Preston to be told the Glasgow train is delayed till 13:03. 😓

***UPDATE***
Person been hit by train explains the delay, lets hope their ok.
