Well.....alot to unpack here with what's wrong.

This fishtailing that can be caused by this unimaginable.

All of the weight/the engine side is right at the end of the trailer causing the instability, not to mention the drive axle of the van being lifted up in the air by the trailer.

Whatever you pick up. Engine side at the front of the trailer! DVSA are there not just to money grab. I can guarantee DVSA would be able to educate this driver!

Check your straps regularly. No excuse for cuts or rips in the straps. Under harsh braking or avoiding an accident this load wouldn't stay where it is very long. LEGALLY, If the blue tags are missing, weathered and can't be read they are good for the bin, even if they are brand new. No label = bin.
