Welcome to the official launch of The BOA Ratchet Strap.

This has been five years in the making. After seven major design iterations, I’m incredibly proud to finally share this with you all.

If you haul freight, you know the massive frustration of ratchet straps loosening on the road. The BOA Strap was engineered specifically to eliminate that problem once and for all.

While I'm calling this a launch, it’s really a re-launch.

The BOA is already tried, tested, and out on the road securing loads on working trucks right now.

Check out our new website for our new BOA Ratchet Strap and other load securing products.

When you're moving heavy industrial reels, standard webbing straps alone won't cut it.

You need the complete setup:

✅️ Heavy-duty chocks/cradles

✅️ Friction rubber matting

✅️ High-capacity chain lashings

✅️ Proper edge protection

If a chock shifts or a strap fails on a bend, that rolling mass will shear through standard webbing in seconds.

Under DVSA guidance, both the driver and the operator are on the hook if a load ends up on the carriageway.

Everyone got away lucky this time—no injuries reported.

If you're ever in doubt about load security calculations, do your research before rolling out of the yard.

🛡️ The True Cost of a Shed Load—And How to Stop It Before It Starts. 🛡️

When a standard ratchet strap loses tension due to road vibrations and dynamic shifts.

Cargo coming loose at motorway speeds creates catastrophic risks: multi-vehicle pileups, severe injuries, devastating fatalities, and hours of gridlock that cost the economy millions every year!

Drivers and haulage operators know the constant battle of pulling over to re-tension straps mid-journey. But you shouldn't have to guess whether your load is still secure.

🔒 Engineered to Stay Tight: The BOA Ratchet Strap

Stop fighting tension loss. Safe Strap Ltd supplies the BOA Ratchet Strap—specifically designed to stay locked and maintain tension under severe road vibrations and heavy road conditions. Engineered to prevent the loosening that causes dangerous cargo shifts.

Maximum Reliability: Protect your drivers, the public, and your bottom line from the high cost of a shed load incident and the damage to you're reputation!

Industry Trusted: Built for haulage professionals who refuse to compromise on safety.

Keep your loads secure, your transit on schedule, and the highways safe.

Well.....alot to unpack here with what's wrong.

This fishtailing that can be caused by this unimaginable.

All of the weight/the engine side is right at the end of the trailer causing the instability, not to mention the drive axle of the van being lifted up in the air by the trailer.

Whatever you pick up. Engine side at the front of the trailer! DVSA are there not just to money grab. I can guarantee DVSA would be able to educate this driver!
