Finance Assistant (part time) 2 days x 6 hours a week
This is a part time opportunity to work for Cambridge’s largest independent Courier and Dry Ice manufacturer, helping keep their finances moving like a well-oiled machine.
We’re the supplier of choice for over 900 of Cambridge’s top companies providing on-time same day, next day and international deliveries, as well as storage and Dry Ice.
We’re exceptionally busy, and due to continued success and growth are looking for a part time (Mondays and Wednesdays) finance assistant to support our Director of Finance and our General manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Invoicing
• Chase outstanding invoices using Xero, and update notes
• Process supplier invoices
• Help with HR
• Resolve email queries
• Approve Purchase Ledger invoices
• Other processes as instructed
Key Skills & Experience:
• Previous competent experience preferred.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Someone who thinks on their feet and is happy to go the extra mile to ensure we keep our finances in a timely place.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
• Passionate and enthusiastic with excellent communication and service skills.
• Eager to learn and keen to find ways to make things better.
• Highly organised, able to work as a team player or on own initiative.
Basic: £28,000-£33,000 pro rata.
