Part 2 today was Dave’s lovely 2020 VWT6.1 which I have previously fitted a heater 🔥 last year for a full service and full brake fluid change using VW parts. Also upgraded the existing solar controller 🔧☀️

•Full service which includes inspection of the vehicle 🔧👀✅

•Replaced the long life oil, oil, air, fuel and pollen filters using VW parts. ✅

•All wheels removed 🔧🛞✅

•Level top ups, pressure, ECU scan ✅

•Full brake fluid change ✅

•Online service update carried out and service booked stamped if available ✅

•Victron 75-15 smart mppt with Bluetooth so you can see what it is doing from your phone 📱 no guess work or looking in the cupboard📱☺️☀️✅

All set for for summer adventures ☀️🍻😏

Part one today was Stefan’s lovely working VW transporter T6, He was nice and early 7am to miss any traffic. Cracked on with his rear wheel bearings and front engine mount which he supplied. Took me 2hrs 10min. All back in the road by 9.30am 😜

Today part 2 was Ron’s lovely 2016 VWT6 Campervan for a little bit of work.

The existing heater had been dangerously fitted with no return air feed from the drivers step. The lower cover was also broken and hold with a section cut out for said heater install. 🙄

The dash had ABS faults on. Plugged into it and confirmed it needed not one but two ABS sensors. The rear pads and disks were also worn and starting to corrode. The calliper sliders was good on this one. 😏

•New vent and heater duct in the drivers step to make the heater safe to use 🔥 ✅

•VW drivers lower cover that helps protect heater installs ✅

•Pair of VW ABS sensors for the right hand side. Right front and right rear ✅

•A set of rear VW pads and disks ✅

Today part 1 was Ken’s lovely 2009 VWT5 pre facelift Caravelle which I have serviced few weeks ago for a set or rear pads and disk which were worn and one disk heavily corroded due to seized caliper sliders. 🔧

Today was an early 7am start on Andy’s lovely 2024 VWT6.1 working vehicle for a full service and full brake fluid change using VW parts. All set to carry out a days work from 10am 🔧😏

•Full service which includes inspection of the vehicle 🔧👀✅

•Replaced the long life oil, oil, air, fuel and pollen filters using VW parts. ✅

•All wheels removed 🔧🛞✅

•Level top ups, pressure, ECU scan ✅

•Full brake fluid change ✅

•Online service update carried out and service booked stamped if available ✅

Today was Alen’s lovely 2016 VWT6 4 Motion Kombi twin slider for a Autoterm.store UK OEM heater install so it looks like factory 👀🔥😍 🕶️✅

He was also kind enough to try and keep me on my toes with just over 3/4s of tank of fuel in. No mess, no fuss 💪

Today was Nigel’s lovely 2020 VWT6.1 factory twin slider kombi to replace the fixed side windows to flush opening 🪟 👀😍

The originals were previously tinted for that darker look. The new ones were also tinted to suit at the same time as install. 😜

He will be back for a pair of rear dummy quarters when back in stock.😊
