We are currently looking for a Removal Porter. Working days are Monday - Friday This role involves manual handling so you will need to be physically fit and willing to get stuck in!

The Role

The role will be providing removals services to customers, at their homes, business premises or residential addresses. You will be required to dismantle furniture, packing & wrapping and understanding customer needs and requirements for specific moves.

Work Pattern

Various shifts Monday - Friday and may include some Saturdays (shifts starting 07.30am to 17.00)

The PORTER candidate must:

- be physically capable, as heavy lifting is required.

- have a “can do” attitude.

- be clean and tidy

- reliable

- respectful and polite individual with good customer skills.

However you will need to be fit and be able to work as part of a team.
The role is carrying out daily house moves.

Suitable for students looking for several days work during the week.

The role if physically demanding and a typical day starts at 7.30 and finishes at 5PM although sometimes overtime is required.

Applicants will need to have a polite positive attitude and have a clean and tidy appearance.
