‼️We are looking for a class 1 HGV driver ‼️

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Class 1 HGV drivers to join our growing team for tramping work across the UK

The role:

✅Operating walking floors safely
✅Tramping Monday to Friday
✅Ensure safe loading/unloading using moving floor systems
✅Carrying out daily checks and maintaining high standard of care
✅Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records

Requirements:

🔹Valid Class 1 (C+E)
🔹Valid CPC and Digital tachograph card
🔹Strong awareness of health and safety awareness
🔹Good understanding of driver hours and working time directive
🔹Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner when dealing with customers
🔹Experience with walking floors preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join our Caernarfon depot team in a tramping position. The role involves operating walking floor trailers, transporting goods across various routes, and ensuring timely deliveries. The successful candidate must maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. Occasional Saturday and Sunday work may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a Class 1 (C+E) HGV vehicle with walking floor trailers
• Deliver and collect goods on varying routes as part of a tramping schedule
• Operate walking floor trailer systems safely during loading and unloading
• Carry out daily vehicle and trailer checks and report any issues
• Ensure deliveries are completed on time and in line with company procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records
• Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner when dealing with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Experience with walking floor trailers preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate)
• Good knowledge of UK driving regulations and road safety
• Must be professional, friendly, and reliable
• Good communication and time management skills
• Willingness to work occasional weekends
