It is with a heavy heart that my husband and I have had to make the hardest decision to close the Blackwell Mill cycle hire 🚲 for the rest of the year. We will close our doors from Thursday 18th June 2026 due to illness. We will be back and hope to Reopen next spring 2027. A BIG BIG Thank you 🙏 to all my fabulous staff who have helped make this business what it is today 🚲 and all our fantastic customers new and old. Best wishes, Cheryl & Simon x

A few of our group booked cycles for a ride along the Monsal Pass and went to Blackwell Mill cycle hire. When we arrived, our bikes were ready, saddles wereat the right height, all bikes were clean and a map provided with drink stops and suggested places to go for a walk along the route. Everything went so well, but the owner of the 'shop' was a real gent, and couldn't have been easier and nicer to deal with. An excellent day out, thanks to this place.
