Mrs Fox is Mummy to 2 little girls, Sweetheart (5) and Minx (almost 2). I live near Bury (Lancs) in our little house. I have my little “Den” (workspace) here and create beautiful handmade items to order. My current range consists mainly of personalised frames. I started making frames for family and friends as gifts. Friends of friends quickly became interested in my work and from there The Heartfelt Fox was born... Once we’ve discussed your requirements I will provide a quote based on the materials you would like me to use and the number of hours it will take me to complete. PAYMENT Full payment is required before work starts on any commission, full payment is also required before dispatch will take place on any non-personalised/commission item. All payments are requested via Paypal. Once we have discussed your order and agreed the work to be completed, I will send an invoice via Paypal to an email address of your choice. Please note you do not require a Paypal account to make a payment via Paypal. REFUNDS Refunds are only available on non-personalised items, return postage is at the customers own cost and will only be processed on receipt of the returned item which should arrive back in a re-saleable condition and where proof of postage has been provided (a scanned copy of the Proof Of Postage receipt or a photo which is clear enough to read will be requested for all returns). Proof of postage is available on request when returning your item via the post office and is completely free of charge. Original postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. All returns must be within 14 days of receipt of the item. CANCELLATIONS All non-personalised orders can be cancelled unless it has already been posted. Personalised items are non-refundable/cancellable. POSTAGE All postage costs are based on the packaging used to protect your item in transit and the actual cost to transport the item via the mail service used. All small frames are sent via a tracked courier service (the customer will be provided with a unique tracking number on dispatch of the item and your order usually arrives within 3-5 working days from dispatch. These parcels are carefully packaged using suitable packaging to ensure safe delivery to our customers. Tracked postage for all small frames is charged at £5.95. Multiple frames can be sent, a quote will be provided for postage if multiples are being sent at one time as this will depend on the total weight of the items being sent). For smaller items, the item(s) will be sent as a small parcel via a tracked courier service (each customer will be provided with a unique tracking number on dispatch of the item(s) and your order usually arrives within 3-5 working days from dispatch. All small parcels are carefully packaged to ensure your purchase arrives safely and will cost £4.25.
