Join us on Saturday and Sunday for a fascinating look behind the scenes at South Devon Railway, with engineering workshop tours, a visit to Buckfastleigh’s old Signal Box, classic cars and plenty of railway heritage to discover.

We have a treat for bus fans at our Heritage Weekend, 12th & 13th September!

Jump aboard a free vintage bus service from Buckfastleigh Station to Buckfast Abbey, Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Staverton and The Sea Trout Inn.

Thames Valley & Great Western Omnibus Trust, South Devon Railway Road Services and a private owner will be operating the following vehicles on timetables replicating heritage routes through the Dart Valley –

Next weekend, 12th & 13th September, is Heritage Open Days at Buckfastleigh Station.

You can book your car in to exhibit at the station and receive free tickets to take a journey on the train the same day.
