One of the best things about a canal boat holiday is having the freedom to decide where you want to stop and explore. Found the perfect waterside spot? It’s time to moor up!

But what exactly will you need? 👇

🔨 Mallet & mooring pins - Your essentials for securing the boat safely alongside the towpath.

📍 Nappy pins - For attaching your ropes securely to the Armco barrier at the canal side.

⚙️ Windlass - Used to operate the locks as you make your way along the waterways.
