As always we’ll be running The '𝘿𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙢 𝘽𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚' Ferry to-and-fro service between Greenway Quay & Dittisham throughout the weekend ⛴️💚

No need to book - simply turn up at the quay, hop aboard and enjoy the short trip across the river. Perfect whether you’re heading over to enjoy the Regatta or making a day of it at Greenway 🛥

🎉𝙅𝙤𝙚 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙒𝙚𝙚𝙠 🎂 ! and what better way to mark it than getting to grips with a tiller that's almost bigger than he is! 😅

As part of our ongoing crew training and emergency drills aboard Christie Belle, Joe has been practising emergency steering procedures. Should the vessel ever lose steering from the helm, the crew would steer from the stern using this giant tiller, taking instructions from the Captain via radio to safely dock or reach the nearest suitable mooring 🚢

It's all part of the training that helps keep our passengers and crew safe every day.
