After the catastrophic loss of 3 months of footage, I'm reduced to just talking about the many issues preventing the beast from running. So sorry this one is a bit talky but I promised I wouldn't hide the mistakes i've made.

That said, I couldn't fit all my problems into one video so in this one I troubleshoot the fuel system and compression. In the next one we get right down to the other expensive issues.

Time to test the beast! Everything is in place so let's turn the key and fire up the dragon.

Before I get to that I have a few more things I need to sort out. So in this video I mount the Rally Airbox and filter, fabricate and install my own mounts for the Dynojet quickshifter, finally get the coolant changed, mount the lower rally footpegs, fit the fuel filler cap mod, clean and l**e the chain again and get the Tekmo Racing Powerbomb Header Pipe on.

Is it all for nothing?

Crawling ever closer to getting the bike finished... In this episode I install the Evo2 base map with TuneEcu and run a few diagnostics to see what I may have missed during this part of the build. Beyond that I get the Dynojet Powercommander (PCV) installed as well as the Rally Airbox mod and the Oberon clutch slave cylinder.

The bike is finally off of the bench! I decide i'm gonna work my way from the front to the back while I get it back together so I embark on a baked drainpipe DIY journey.

In this video I fit the Cumpan Cockpit Assistant, a genuinely waterproof USB port, a custom dash bracket, LED headlights, a completely custom adjustable screen and more....

This is it! I finally get around to building the 732cc big bore engine. It's not been without its challenges with random bits of metal in random places and discovering wear and damage in places id've never expected but it is now done. In this episode i'm on a mission to get the wheels back on the bike forever forgetting all the tiny hurdles like head-race bearings and swingarm bearings that get in the way of doing something that sounds so very simple. Lost count of how many times I say GREASE!...

Also, the new style swingarm repair kit doesn't fit the 690 enduro and smc. Watch this before you buy the new superseded bearing repair kit, it's errr.... really interesting... 🤦🏾

If BIG DREAMS start small, i'm about to step up from the small end... It's nearly time to reassemble the the engine and then the bike. But if this beast is gonna have all the power it's gonna need great brakes and a suspension overhaul. So i've been busy getting the brakes and suspension into tip top condition in an ultrasonic cleaner and replacing all the old parts.

In this episode i'm further stripping the bike and get in the mood for cutting stuff up. Time to build the de-cat stock performance exhaust. Dunno if it will compare to the sawn-off Akrapovic but since the Akrapovic grenaded on the trail, i'm curious about making the stock into a heavy duty performance alternative.

With all the hoo-ha in Europe about motorcycle noise pollution, i'm thinking maybe the decat stock might save me from some tickets on the continent.

It's been a while, trapped inside thanks to you know what. Santa ran my bike over so the devil put my hands and mind to work...

Wasn't in the best of moods so just decided to go for a ride and talk to see what comes out.

I think only about 3 people in the world knew the full (ish) story of my childhood at the time of recording this vid. I've told people comical elements about my past but almost never the cold truth.

It was all a long time ago but the racism that I hoped as a child would just be the 'Stevenage Experience', is in fact the world over and on the rise.

Feels like it's time to set my story free. It's consumed me and me alone for long enough.

It's not the worst story of racism you'll ever hear but I wanted to tell a bit of it so that people in my community, the adventure biker community and any other could maybe be inspired to be part of changing tomorrow for a better future.
