🛑 WANTED - HIAB OPERATOR 🛑

The days are drawing in now until our young Max leaves us, we need to replace him 😢
What we would like from you …
✅ Class 1 HGV licence (Clean as possible)
✅ CPCS / ALLMI HIAB card with experience on bigger cranes (rear mount preferred)
✅ MUST be local to Bridgwater (no travelling or out basing)
✅ MUST be able to work occasional weekends / evenings (shared with the other lads)
✅ MUST be able to work local and away (always be ready to spend a few nights out)
✅ MUST be able to work manually with the team (it’s not just a driving job)
✅ MUST keep a clean and presentable outfit
✅ European / mechanical knowledge / HPC power station experience would be advantageous
In return we’ll provide you with a pay packet which we can negotiate including some holiday pay, a uniform, all training required, loads of laughs and a family environment to work in (with heaps of perks) and if you like trucks ……. A Volvo FH16 - 650 wagon and drag with a big Fassi on the back (which we are currently planning a replacement truck for).
Our customers are our absolute treasures, we want to ensure they are provided with an over and above service. We have held some customers for over 50 years and we plan to keep that going.
This is not a full time truck driving job, the role is varied and involves manual labour and getting dirty, wet, cold, tired and every emotion you can imagine, some weeks you’d be alone for days at a time and other times you’ll be working in a team of 6 in a factory… please bear this in mind. We are a small family run business that gets involved with every task that’s required from us.
