WASTE COLLECTION ANNOUNCEMENT!

Good afternoon everyone. I found out yesterday that all Norfolk recycle centres are changing the way they charge for Trade waste as of November 2024. For example anything under half a van of non-recyclables will be charged at over £230! Over half is just over £460. So if I was to only go in and take a mattress in this would cost me £230! I have spoken to mildenhall recycle centre. There full van cost is just under £500. But they do 10% minimum charge and goes up 10% from there. But this does mean if I was to take just one item like a mattress the charge to me would roughly be £50. So I have a choice to make I either stop all waste collections or the price goes up 4 fold. At this point I've only just found this all out yesterday, so I haven't decided what to do with regards to waste. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you
