Same day non urgent Morcambe to Manchester World Freight Terminal.

In the onboarding process we advise our drivers to conduct themselves in the highest manner with and can do attitude and to go above and beyond and this load shows it.

We arrived on site before the collection time, however, the FLT driver left a half hour ago and the site manager was literally at the main gates locking up. The client was on the phone to the driver advising that there was a mix up with collection times and to cancel the load as the driver pulled up to the gates. The driver advised they can drive a FLT and the pallets were loaded.
