Yesterday was all about the push irons, a cycle along the Broads and a wander on the beach at Winterton on Sea. Even got my toes in the water. Today took us on a drive to Norwich, a walk along the river and a peaceful, thoughtful walk through the cathedral.

Mavis stayed on site today basking in the sunshine while we had had stroll down to Robin Hoods Bay. We learnt today despite the name and everyone assuming its named after the infamous robber, its more likely to be named after Robin Oode, a mischievous little faerie folk. Anyhoo all that aside it was beautiful, a little bit breezy but still glorious.

Today's adventure took us along the Tissington Trail. Again another nice easy jaunt, this time on the bikes, to ease us back in gently. Can I add there was nothing easy about going against a 30 m/p/h wind, but on the way back the sun came out so it didn't turn out too badly. A good 26 mile round trip under our belts, feeling very tired but better for doing it.

A lovely stroll along the Lithkill Dale Path to stretch the legs after hibernating all winter. A steady 9 ish mile, cos as per usual we took a bit of a detour off the route.
