🌙 WE’RE HIRING – NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR🌙
📍 Holbeach, UK | HZ Logistics Ltd

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team at our Holbeach site.

🕒 Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
⏰ Hours: 6:00pm – 5:00am
💷 Salary:Up to £35,000

This is a key role where you’ll be leading our night operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while supporting and developing your team.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

* Supervising the night-shift team
* Ensuring loading & dispatch targets are met
* Overseeing shunting operations on shift
* Reporting daily KPIs to management
* Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene & compliance
* Supporting staff training and performance
* Managing schedules, absences & shift documentation

✅ What we’re looking for:

* Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Valid FLT/PPT licence
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good IT skills (Excel & Word)
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and warehouse standards
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
*Shunting capability is attractive but not essential
