When we introduced Lift Assist, it was a ground-breaking initiative.

We set a weight limit for tail-lift deliveries and clear rules on when power-assisted pallet trucks are required.

📦 Under 750kg? Tail-lift delivery as standard
📦 750–1000kg? Lift Assist service applies, with a power-assisted pallet truck
📦 Over 1000kg? Tail-lift is not permitted. Forklift unload only.

The process aligns with DVSA and HSE guidance and protects everyone involved in pallet movements.

It's another Palletline first that again puts safety at the heart of everything we do.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder - but there are some things you can do to make your pallet a thing of beauty.

Here's what we look for...

👉 Goods protected and fully shrink-wrapped.
👉 Balanced load - heavier items on the bottom.
👉 Strapped securely to the pallet base.
👉 Label clearly visible on the outside - ideally on 2 sides.
👉 Everything on the pallet in good, undamaged condition.

The more of those that you can tick off, the more beautiful your pallet becomes.
