🏡 ELMER ➡️ PRINCESS RISBOROUGH 🚛💛

A big two-day move completed today for a lovely elderly couple, relocating from Elmer to Princess Risborough.

Yesterday our team carried out a full professional packing service, carefully packing their belongings and loading the majority of the removal lorry, leaving just their overnight essentials behind — including their beds, armchairs, TV and everything they needed for one final comfortable night at home.

🌅 This morning we were back bright and early to collect those remaining items and finish loading.

One of the loveliest moments of the move came when our customers’ taxi arrived to take them to their new home. ❤️

Their neighbours and friends all started coming out to say goodbye and wave them off — and what a turnout they had! It was such a lovely send-off and you could certainly tell they were going to be very much missed. 🥹🏡

Then it was our turn to head up to Princess Risborough, where we unloaded everything into their new home.

And while we were packing yesterday, our customers had decided to treat themselves to our unpacking service too! 😍

So rather than being left surrounded by mountains of boxes, we unpacked their belongings and took away all the boxes and packing materials that we had supplied — leaving them with considerably less to worry about after such a big move. 📦✨

Even the mobility scooter got the VIP treatment on the tail lift! 🛵😂

From packing ➡️ loading ➡️ transport ➡️ unloading ➡️ unpacking ➡️ taking the packaging away, we can take care of as much — or as little — of your move as you would like.

🏡🚛 A new adventure across the Solent! 🌊

Recently, we had the pleasure of helping a lovely family relocate from Bognor Regis to their new home on the Isle of Wight.

It wasn’t just the family making the move either! Along for the journey were 2 tortoises 🐢🐢, a bird 🐦, a cat 🐈 and 3 dogs 🐕🐕🐕 – making this one of our more memorable moving days!

When the weather turns up the heat, customer care matters even more. 💛🚛

Last week, during one of the hottest and most humid weeks of the year, we had the pleasure of helping a lovely elderly married couple move from Barnham to Arundel.

The move began with a full packing service on Sunday before our team returned on Tuesday to carefully transport everything into their new homes – two separate flats within the same building.

Before leaving, we made up both of their beds so that after such a long and exhausting moving day, they could simply climb into bed, relax and get a good night’s sleep without having to worry about making them up themselves.

Unfortunately, one of our customers became unwell with a diabetic hypo while settling into their new home. Their wellbeing came first, and a few days later they contacted us to ask if we could return to help unpack the rest of their belongings.

We were more than happy to help, returning on Thursday to complete an unpacking service and help them get properly settled into their new homes.

For us, a house move isn’t just about transporting furniture from A to B. It’s about looking after people, being flexible when things don’t go to plan and making what can be a stressful experience that little bit easier.

☀️ A Little Reminder During the Hot Weather ☀️
Whether you’ve booked us or another removal company, please spare a thought for the crews working hard in these temperatures.
Removal teams can spend 8–12 hours lifting, carrying, loading and unloading furniture in homes, lofts, garages and lorries that can become extremely hot during the day.
A cold bottle of water, a soft drink, or even just offering access to refill a water bottle can make a huge difference and is always appreciated.
Most removal crews will keep smiling and get on with the job regardless, but a small gesture of kindness goes a long way when temperatures start to soar.
Stay safe, stay hydrated, and look after one another. ☀️💧

Thursday’s move was a special one! 🏡🚛
We had the pleasure of helping a lovely family move from Bognor Regis to Barnham as they prepare for an exciting new chapter. Mum, Dad, the children, and the family dog 🐶 were all ready for the big day—and with a new baby due next week, there was certainly plenty going on!
We’re delighted we could help get them settled into their new home before their newest family member arrives.

Our Hiab lorry travelling through Bognor this morning was spotted by a young truck spotter who sent us the picture! The team collected this container in Littlehampton & delivered it to a house in the Chichester area.
