🎢 Signed , sealed and delivered 🎢

Not often you are tasked with moving a grand piano once owned by Stevie Wonder 😳

🎹 Grand Piano dismantled , transported and re-installed in a club in πŸ’ͺ🏼

πŸ“• So the story goes, Stevie Wonder was touring the UK and had this grand piano shipped into the UK for his concerts ……. Whilst recording at The Famous Abbey Road studios, he was there the same time as Blackpools own Joe Longthorne …….

….….. Mr Wonder had mentioned he wasn’t shipping his piano home and was sold to Joe Longthorne there and then at Abbey Road and has sat in his Blackpool home until today ….. Pretty cool ay?!

Unlike Mr Wonder , we weren’t like a fool and stayed too long , job done and back up the M61 πŸš› Now that’s rock & roll 🀣

🏑Day 2 of 2 delivering in 🏑

πŸ₯° Reuniting our customer with their worldly possessions after 9 months in our facility πŸ“¦

Day 1 consisted of the Loading of 10 containers out of stores onto our vehicles for delivery 🚚

πŸ€” While this move could have been loaded and delivered direct in containers, with a long drive-way on delivery , we made the decision to load this loose and save some time on unloading ….. and it did πŸ’ͺ🏼

Experience prevails once again πŸ‘

This move was incredibly furniture heavy, with some 4 sets of full oak bedroom suites , obviously all going up the dancers 😩 πŸ‘£

But . As always, we delivered the furniture in the exact same condition as collected 9 months ago βœ…

🏑 Another recommendation loading in 🏑

This customer was in the advantages position of already owning their new home 🏠 so no messing around with solicitors and waiting on money to exchange πŸ”‘

πŸš› On the front door step loading for 0800 start as promised, no messing , straight to work and onto delivery πŸ“¦

Moves like this highlight the level of efficiency we work at , 3 bedroom property along with garden and garage loaded in full and delivered and vehicles returned to Clark HQ by 1300 πŸ’ͺ🏼

❌ No multiple trips or back and forth , just wrapped , loaded and unloaded, like the true professionals in this market we are βœ…

No hassle , no problem πŸ˜‰

πŸ”₯ Busy day at Clark HQ πŸ”₯

πŸ“¦ Extracting upcoming customers containers from our warehouse ready for delivery in the coming weeks πŸ“¦

πŸ‘€ There is a lot of behind the scenes work goes on to keep our operation running like the well oiled machine it is βš™οΈ

We store hundreds of containers for our customers in our purpose built container storage facility and to ensure your goods are back with you when you want them, preparation is key πŸ”

πŸš— Along with a day of surveying upcoming moves across & carton deliveries and collections & access checks for a move into Forton ( experience tells us not all roads lead to Rome , luckily, this one does 🀣 )

πŸš› 300 mile round trip , on a Friday ……… easy work πŸ’ͺ🏼

🏑 Vehicle pre-loaded and out the yard early doors heading to for delivery πŸ“¦

πŸš› Vehicles in weight & on schedule as promised, we make sure our vehicles are exactly where we say they will be, exactly when they should be , wherever in the country you are moving πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

The run over was a delight , the return run, not so much 😩 strong head winds , heavy traffic and people driving into each other on The M6 like silly Billy’s ⚠️

But, never the less , we powered back to Clark HQ and that was all she wrote for the week πŸ˜‰

πŸ›ž keeping those Big tyres on the tarmac πŸ›ž

⭐️ Another customer reunited with their worldly possessions in ⭐️

πŸ“¦ The process is simple………..

We see a lot of online posts of other removal companies showing off their ground breaking techniques of wrapping πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

In my opinion…… a complete waste of time, effort and resources ❌

Pallet wrapping furniture to be loaded for a direct on and off removal…. Time consuming, massive waste of plastic and completely unnecessary πŸ—‘οΈ

Pallet wrap is designed for exactly what it says it does, wrap pallets .

Bubble wrapping pictures and mirrors πŸͺž

Again , time consuming, costly and not needed.

As a removals company, We have been loaded furniture for over 100 years, long before these materials were readily available and to load and transport furniture safely, you need experience and knowledge, not bubble wrap!

We load and deliver 40ft vehicles daily on direct removals & all furniture is wrapped using heavy duty furniture blankets, always has and always will . We know our way round a load and can get the most awkward of furniture away In the load safely and efficiently for safe transportation .

πŸš›πŸš› Our vehicles carry hundreds of furniture blankets and we plough through these on every move to ensure your worldly possessions are wrapped & stacked in a professional manner to arrive at point B exactly how they left point A πŸ’ͺ🏼

While it isn’t brain surgery, there is an art to the ability of loading furniture to a high standard and we take great pride in our work πŸ–ΌοΈ

You can buy bubble wrap, but you can’t buy experience or history πŸ˜‰

πŸš› Two day move to Cheshire πŸš›πŸš›

A MONUMENTAL move loaded and full steam battling down to for delivery 🏑

Now; we knew the delivery was going to be an issue , so debated on sending a smaller vehicle to trans-ship down the customers drive but worked out it would be easier and no real difference in time to let good old fashioned Ump & Dump prevail πŸ‘£

πŸ‘πŸš› From the lane where we could park to the customers front door took 40 seconds to walk , sounds easy? We walked a total of seven miles unloading this job , SEVEN 🀣

Is this ideal? Not really πŸ€”

Have we come across worse? πŸ’―

Did we get unloaded and heading home in fairly good time ? Course we did πŸ’ͺ🏼

Still cracking jokes and smiling? Ish πŸ₯΄

Unfortunately this is the nature of the beast with the removals game . But it’s a case of no one is coming to save the day and with the best will in the world, our vehicles aren’t getting closer than they did .

πŸ“¦ But carrying large volumes and weight, to ensure we run our vehicles within the weight limits set out by law, it had to go on an HGV .

⚠️ Road safety is absolutely paramount and when we say we cover the UK within weight , that’s exactly what we do πŸ˜‰

The old dogs are barkin now πŸ‘£
