There she blows! Blackpool Flexity 012 looking good in its new old livery, today Sunday 27th Sept. Is this a hint that the Flexities are scheduled for the Heritage Fleet?

It was breezy on the prom. People were piling into the Winter Gardens to see Peter Kay around 1pm.

This is a smart livery. Let's see some more, perhaps in other period livery, no two the same. The Blackpool 'City of Culture 2029' application lists the heritage trams so better dust the real one's off.

'They'll be back' almost the famous words of Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Terminator. This week Blackpool Transport promised Blackpool Heritage Tram Tours in Summer 2026 after a few private runs in May. Plus a grand plan for a future home to display heritage trams. Could the circle at Little Bispham be suggested as a track for the nearby tram museum, nothing too flash. 'Let's do this'. Below are the crowds that lined the Blackpool prom in 2022 for the tram procession.😃👍🚃🏁

A sunny day in Blackpool. The Coral Island tram arrives at Bispham around 10.30. It was a busy tram made better by the jolly conductor who kept a good flow of comments with the passengers who were joining in, it was like being at a show. He stood at the door and said goodbye to every passenger, and that was a lot of goodbyes. 😃👏👍
