A partial fitout for this recently restored scorpion!
Simple but effective was the name of the game here:
Continously 2 string raking system, with purchases down the side of the case to clean up the king post.
Our adjust from any angle lazy guy system.
Continuous 8:1 cunningham and 8:1 kicker.

Mission Osprey complete! We've had the privilege of doing the full fitout on this gorgeous Osprey that has been rebuilt by JJ Boats
The target was a clean layout with a clear foredeck (there is a rope ram hidden beneath the deck) but still have all of the modern rig adjustments.

Features include:
Fully adjustable continuous 2 string raking rig with automatic ram.
Auto release kite halyard so helm or crew can drop and the kite will drop automatically without having to touch the cleat as the dropping line is loaded up.
8:1 high power cunningham to duocam.
Option for an extra purchase on the mainsheet at the end of the boom.

Obviously everything had to look right and attention to detail was key🔑 on this one

That's the house supernova fitout complete!
The controls have been separated out for easier access with soak ups on the kicker and rig tension.
(We did experiment with a rope traveller however that's since been reverted to normal - but was worth a try...)
There's also been a new foam floor fitted and it's had a general clean up Dinghytec
Its been rigged up with Robline polytec for the continuous controls.

Really pleased with this RS400 rerope.
All string replaced, pump action pole launch with soak up.
Continuous control rerope with improved elastic soak ups.
All new tapered sheets with colour coded soft shackles.
Gelcoat repairs to gunwales.
Deck polish.
And some new padded toe straps from HD Sails to finish it off

We're back in business (almost) in the new premises! You'll find us under HD Sails in Perry Barr, North Birmingham. Should be fully up and running by the start of February. We'll also be having a chandlery shop upstairs if it's just fittings or ropes you're after!
