That’s why we’re extremely proud that Palletline London has been shortlisted for the Operational Excellence Award at the 2026 Motor Transport Awards.

This award recognises the people at the heart of the operation, balancing three key things:
- the commercial demands of a successful business
- maintaining high levels of customer service
- ensuring everything continues to operate safely and legally

It’s a balancing act that logistics teams understand very well.

To be shortlisted is a fantastic endorsement of the team and the standards they work hard to maintain.

Earlier this year, we completed our four-day external ISO audit with the British Assessment Bureau, covering our Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety processes and procedures.

We achieved re-registration with no non-conformities raised.

The auditor was extremely complimentary about the quality of our site, our processes and procedures.

Perhaps more pleasing was his feedback on the conversations he had with Palletline staff.

Quality standards isn't just about paperwork, and the comments the auditor made about our teams knowlege was hugley important.

For an operation of our size and working in an industry as demanding as logistics, this is an outstanding achievement.

Huge credit to Ken Bell and our entire team for making this possible and ensuring these standards have become something we live by day to day.

Not long to go until the 2026 Motor Transport Awards and we’re proud to have been shortlisted for 3 awards, the first being the Training Award.

This category recognises organisations that can demonstrate how training has improved the performance of their business or operation.

It also looks at something we believe is hugely important - giving people the skills they need to perform their roles safely and effectively - while providing opportunities to develop their careers and fulfil their potential.

Being named as one of only four finalists is therefore something we’re extremely proud of.
