We’re deeply saddened to share that one of our drivers was involved in an incident earlier today, which resulted in their vehicle being stolen and later involved in a collision. Thankfully, our driver is now safe, and we’re cooperating fully with the police as they investigate.

We want to make it absolutely clear — this was a criminal act against our driver, not a reflection of our team or how our business is run. The safety of our drivers and passengers has always been, and will continue to be, our top priority.

We appreciate the concern and support from our community during this difficult time. Please bear with us as we work with authorities to bring those responsible to justice and ensure this never happens again.

There will be roadworks and 30 mph speed limit on North Road in Barnstaple - the road up to the hospital - from Monday 8th July for 8 weeks

This will impact travel times to and from the hospital.

If you have any time sensitive appointments, we recommend adding another 15 minutes to your journey
