𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀

I understand that there have been some difficulties obtaining a driving licence application form (for new and renewal applications) from Post Offices. There was an issue this time last year with many local post offices ordering batches of forms but they experienced delays in receiving them.

I wrote to DVLA and have since been advised that the forms are being updated, with new versions of the forms due to go to print shortly. These will then be distributed to Post Ofices who have placed an order.
However, if you urgently need to get a form to update or replace a driving licence, DVLA have advised that you can ask for one to be posted out directly, by calling their call centre on 0300 200 7861.
