⭐ Employee Spotlight of the Month ⭐
This month, we're celebrating Elaine Johnston, who has recently been promoted to Workshop Controller at our Carlisle depot.
Since joining Diamond Trucks as a Customer Service Advisor, Elaine has consistently demonstrated a fantastic work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Her recent promotion is a well-earned recognition of the commitment and dedication she brings to the business every day.
Stepping into the role of Workshop Controller is a significant responsibility, and Elaine has done an excellent job alongside Martin Nicholson leading & driving the workshop team and helping to keep operations running smoothly. We're delighted to see her thriving in her new position and look forward to seeing her continue to grow within the business.
Away from the depot, Elaine enjoys spending time with family and friends and is passionate about keeping active. Whether she's taking part in fundraising events like the marathon pictured here or planning her next holiday, she's always on the go!
