WE ARE HIRING RESCUE & RECOVERY DRIVERS.

Job description

Due to continued growth and additional new truck, CCRS are seeking applications for Light & medium Duty Recovery Drivers.

Ideally living in and around North Down, East Belfast, Belfast BT3 or area with option to work from home, should you be able to park the truck at your home.

Your role will involve Roadside Assistance - recovering broken down vehicles & road traffic accidents.

Your shift pattern will be either Monday - Friday (8.30/9am - 5.30/6pm) with a night "on call" –
OR
4 on / 4 off rota
- dealing with a wide variety of different vehicles and tasks on a daily basis.

All levels of experience welcome as training is supplied in house. The only requirement is the ability to think on your feet and have a can do attitude.

You must hold a minimum C or CE licence respectively + DCPC. Experience with Low Loaders &
Lorry Loader Crane and Plant will be an advantage

Control Room Customer Support Operator.

CCRS Recovery Ltd are seeking experienced applications for to work within our Roadside Recovery Control Room at our HQ in Bangor.

The role will work directly with our Roadside Recovery and Logistical Operations to ensure Solutions are delivered above and beyond customers’ expectations.

Taking incoming requests by Phone, Email & Electronically from Motoring Clubs Insurance Companies, Trade and Fleet Customers you’ll ensure that we respond accordingly in the most effective manner at all times by despatching the appropriate solutions and roadside resources to the customer.

You will be expected to work 9.30am - 6pm Monday - Friday and one Saturday in every 4.

It is essential that you have -

- Working knowledge of Office applications
- ⁠excellent communication skills - verbal & written
- ⁠at least 2 years administration experience
- ⁠a good geographical knowledge of NI
- ⁠enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Experience in the Motor Trade or Logistics related environment is desirable but not essential as full training and ongoing development will be provided to the right applicant.

Due to the nature of the work, you will be police vetted.

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: £13.50 - £14 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week + every fourth Saturday.
