Control Room Customer Support Operator.

CCRS Recovery Ltd are seeking experienced applications for to work within our Roadside Recovery Control Room at our HQ in Bangor.

The role will work directly with our Roadside Recovery and Logistical Operations to ensure Solutions are delivered above and beyond customers’ expectations.

Taking incoming requests by Phone, Email & Electronically from Motoring Clubs Insurance Companies, Trade and Fleet Customers you’ll ensure that we respond accordingly in the most effective manner at all times by despatching the appropriate solutions and roadside resources to the customer.

You will be expected to work 9.30am - 6pm Monday - Friday and one Saturday in every 4.

It is essential that you have -

- Working knowledge of Office applications
- ⁠excellent communication skills - verbal & written
- ⁠at least 2 years administration experience
- ⁠a good geographical knowledge of NI
- ⁠enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Experience in the Motor Trade or Logistics related environment is desirable but not essential as full training and ongoing development will be provided to the right applicant.

Due to the nature of the work, you will be police vetted.

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: £13.50 - £14 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week + every fourth Saturday.

Due to continued growth, CCRS is seeking applications for a Prestige Transport Driver who will operate cross channel throughout Great Britain and Ireland.
Experience in the industry will be an advantage. Great rates of pay with latest modern kit.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the safe collection and delivery of high-end vehicles to dealerships, private clients, and events, ensuring each vehicle is handled with the utmost care and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver prestige vehicles nationwide
- Carry out vehicle inspections and complete paperwork accurately
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with clients at all times
- Ensure vehicles are kept in pristine condition during transit
- Adhere to all road safety and company compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For:
- HGV Class C&E (Class 1) licence
- Experience driving a wide range of vehicles, including automatics, manuals, and high-performance cars
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays
