✨💚 Clearance for Care 💚✨
This is our first idea of how we can help raise money and awareness for Dementia UK
When we carry out house clearances, we often come across items that still have plenty of life left in them. It’s always a shame when these things end up going to the tip , especially when they could be rehomed and help raise money for a great cause.
We know many people don’t always have the time, transport, or ability to sell these items themselves that’s where we step in.
Through our platforms, we’ll do our best to resell suitable items found during clearances. Instead of paying us for those items, we’ll ask buyers to make a donation directly to our JustGiving page for Dementia UK.
We will provide a clearance quote upfront, and if the quote is accepted, we will ask the customer to donate 10% of the clearance cost directly to our JustGiving page.
Any items we’re unable to rehome will be responsibly disposed of through our licensed waste service.
We’ll be updating our blog on our website soon, where we can explain everything in more detail.
