Booking Confirmation Reminder

It’s not often I have a moan, but I’ll put this one down to the hot weather! ☀️

It’s hugely important that you check all the details on your booking confirmation when you book a transfer with us.

An incorrect detail can lead to wasted journeys, delays with collections, or even drivers being sent on the wrong day.

We do our utmost to make sure all the information we receive is correct, and we simply ask that you take a moment to double-check your confirmation — particularly your contact numbers, return dates and flight numbers.

A quick check can help ensure your transfers run as smoothly as possible. ✈️🚐

**A Polite Request**

As we head into what we fondly refer to as the *silly season*, we would like to ask for your help.

If you are leaving a car seat with us, we would be very grateful if you could ensure it is clearly labelled with the following information:

* Lead passenger's name
* Return flight date
* Return flight number

Over the next eight weeks, we may have up to 30 car seats in storage at any one time. Many of these will be the same make and model, so having them clearly labelled is essential to ensure we return the correct seat to you.

Our drivers will be checking that car seats are labelled and, if necessary, will ask you to label them before you travel.
