We're pleased to announce an important step forward in how we support colleagues and families at Gist.

Following colleague feedback and conversations across the business, we've increased our enhanced maternity and adoption pay from 12 weeks to 26 weeks.

These changes are part of our commitment to creating a more supportive and family-friendly workplace, helping colleagues feel supported through pregnancy, adoption, parental leave and the transition back to work.

Just as importantly, they reflect our willingness to listen, learn and continually improve the experience of colleagues across our business.
