Where does time go ?

As we begin the countdown to our first 10 years of trading which has flown by in a blur . What have we learnt ?

1. Be ready to change plan but don’t over plan
2 . Embrace change sometimes it’s hard to escape the “we have always done it this way” mentality
3. Enjoy what you do your enthusiasm will filter down to others
