We had a simple little team-building session last week where everyone brought in their favourite biscuit!

What started as a cup of tea and a biscuit, quickly turned into debates, stories, laughter… and VERY strong opinions on the best biscuit.

We regularly have customers asking us to safely ship fragile products, including biscuits and other delicate goods that definitely can’t arrive crushed and it made us think about logistics really isn’t just about moving cargo. It’s about delivering the things people care about.

So now we’re asking the important question.........

Last week we loved having Oliver join our Land Freight department for his work experience placement.

He's been getting hands-on insight into the fast-paced world of logistics, learning how our team keeps freight moving efficiently across the UK and beyond.

It's especially rewarding to see the next generation taking an interest in the industry and gaining valuable real-world experience with the team.

Earlier this year, we launched our Respect at Work campaign internally to reinforce the importance of creating a professional, inclusive, and supportive environment for everyone across our business.

We are now proud to begin sharing this campaign externally as part of our ongoing commitment to our people and our values.

Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing different themes from the campaign, including communication, workplace banter, inclusion, sexual harassment awareness, and the role we all play in maintaining a respectful working environment.

We had a great social media content planning session this week. It always proves valuable to take the time to step back, share ideas, and plan ahead together.

These meetings are a great reminder of how much stronger content becomes when different perspectives come together. Having both IT and Sales expertise in the room brings such a balanced point of view, combining technical insight with real customer and market understanding.
