Latest artwork finally complete - Passing Peel Island shows Bluebird K7 returning to her spiritual home in Coniston along the road by the shore of Coniston Water (courtesy of Steeles Hiab and Haulage), in a way completing the journey Donald Campbell set out on at 08:48 on 4 January 1967. As Bluebird emerges from the gloom and uncertainty and finally nears her home, the sun begins to break through the cloud.

If there's any interest in prints of this, let me know. If a reasonable number of people want one I'll get some made up and a donation from each to the The Ruskin Museum (I've already had one made and presented it to the museum - I can confirm it has reproduced very nicely and, though I say so myself, looks good in a frame)
