How we all diddling? I hope your all OK and surviving the best you can in this very weird and unusual year.
We are plodding on just had a couple of event jobs but that's been it, so back to general haulage for us all, its funny how places and jobs come back after so many yrs, as a FBN lad commented "how many of us are saying i was doing this - been here 20 yrs ago".
After being in this job and going back to general the difference in peoples attitude and the way they speak to you is totally different, you definitely miss the more family style attitude in our normal work. Its good to see all the event haulage boys n girls out driving even seeing them on the roads is good to see, as for our noise, lighting, screen,merch, riggers and everyone else involved, we hope your surviving and finding work whatever it may be. A little late this yr in wishing you all a Happy new yr, we have all been so busy over the festive and into the new yr period.
So whats happened ?
Well ......its like this
We have shrunk in size, not for losing any work, it was the case that the budgets we were given and the profit was not worth all the work putting into the job, so we made a very hard decision to walk away, however all the regular guys n gals that were on these contract went with the job.
we're going to miss the crew but they understood the situation and that was the best outcome we could have expected.
Once again to everyone that has worked for us a MASSIVE THANKYOU, and we hope to see you all somewhere in the world again soon
On other work its business as usual, Paul and Biggun are helping out NVL the northern arm of SVL, and well Malcom hasn't shouted at them yet !! ( if you know Malcom, you'll know the joke)
The world roadshow we were running has come to an end with no damage to truck trailer crew the guys n gals on the job ran it their way to the schedule they were given and not once did anything go wrong. THANKS ALL Stirling Job
Last but not least we have been building a trailer for a motorsport job we were involved in and now are not, the trailers nearing completion so if you know of anyone interested drop us a line (we do have someone interested already but...)
