📢 Part-Time Administrator Wanted – HF Owen Transport
HF Owen Transport & Storage Ltd are looking for a part-time administrator to join our team.
This role would suit someone organised, reliable, and confident working in a busy transport office environment.
Role details:
Position: Part-Time Administrator
Pay: £12.85 per hour
Days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Hours: 09:30 – 17:30
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Location: HF Owen Transport, Bangor LL57 4YH
Main duties will include:
• Handling and processing PODs
• Inputting data onto our systems
• Answering the phone
• Speaking with customers, drivers and subcontractors
• General admin support throughout the business
• Assisting with transport office paperwork
• Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks
We’re looking for someone with good attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team. The successful applicant must be able to use their own initiative, be computer literate, and be confident using basic office systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, email and general data entry systems.
As we’re a proud North Wales business, the ability to speak Welsh would be welcomed and would be useful when dealing with some of our customers and drivers.
Previous admin experience would be helpful, but full training can be provided for the right person. We’re looking for someone who wants to become part of the team long-term, and for the right candidate, there will be opportunities to progress within the company.
