Now that we have informed our office staff and drivers about their futures and our current business situation we can now inform our customers, Ecabs taxis was on the brink of closer at the end of this year but thankfully we have been able to agree a deal to a takeover in princeable
To secure our future so we can continue to operate as Ecabs taxis and provide a first class taxi service to both the private & public sectors in Ballymena & surrounding village's, we have very much appreciated the messages of support we have received during this trying time and thank you all in advance for your continued support and custom

This week I needed a taxi, this was the first since this virus started that I needed one. I was took back at the amount of safety precautions yous have in place. Very very reassuring to see the high standard yous have went to. With my wife being a high risk I can honestly tell yous. With the protection screen and masks she was safer in your taxi than in a shop. The driver was so polite I had never meet him before and he chatted away. Yous should be praised for the safety elements put in place. I can honestly say if anyone was worried about using taxi like I was this taxi 🚖 company will leave you with no worries.

Sorry this is very late for a message but I used your taxi company a few years ago. No one else would lift me to Belfast after a heavy weekend on a Sunday night and I’m gonna be honest I was so drunk I jumped the taxi. I also proceeded to leave all my stuff in the taxi passport included. I rang your office the next day they were very understanding and I came down the next weekend paid for my taxi (decent price) and got my stuff. You guys were nothing short of class considering how much of a wa**er I was and thank you for that. A proper institution of Ballymena and cullybackey hope you had a good Christmas and a bettter 2021 🙂 Regards David
