✨ NEW WEEK. NEW BLESSINGS. NEW OPPORTUNITIES. NEW MINDSET. ✨

I’ve got a really good feeling about this week… in fact, I feel it in my bones! 🙌 It’s going to be a fantastic one! 💫

We finished last week on such a high, receiving an amazing customer review and one that was very well deserved. 🌟

A massive well done to Charlotte in the office! 👏👏👏

I remember taking the phone call from Charlotte after she had dealt with this customer, and you could genuinely hear the happiness in her voice. She knew she had done a great job, and more importantly, she knew she had left the customer happy.

The customer actually told Charlotte over the phone just how amazing she had been in handling the enquiry. ❤️

What makes it even more rewarding is that the customer had contacted a number of people about this job, and for whatever reason, some never even got back to them.

This is why service is our number one priority.
Because without great service, you have nothing.
People remember how you make them feel. They remember whether you called back, whether you listened, whether you cared and whether you delivered on what you promised.

So, Charlotte massive congratulations and thank you for setting the standard! 👏🌟 You absolutely deserve that review.

🎉 FRIDAY HAS ARRIVED! 🎉

And today it’s Dan and Tremaine’s turn to take centre stage… or should we say he’s found himself in Container Village!

He’s in the big girl 85-tonne metre stacking 40-footers three high like it’s just another day at the office🏗️

We definitely seem to have a bit of a container theme going on at the moment… and you know what? We’re certainly not complaining!

Looking ahead, next week is shaping up to be another cracking week for the team. Steve will be out and about with our brand-new customer in the low loader, while the guys keep the hiabs busy. It’s brilliant to see things continuing to move in the right direction and the diary looking nice and healthy.

As for me, after what feels like an exceptionally long summer, I’m actually looking forward to getting back into the swing of the office next week!

There’s plenty planned, including a few meetings I’m really looking forward to, and I’m feeling very much ready to get stuck back in.

But before all that… WEEKEND! ❤️

I’m especially looking forward to some proper time with our girls and a chance to slow down and enjoy some family time.

So, whatever you’re up to this weekend, have a brilliant one!

Hope everyone had a fantastic Bank Holiday!

We’re back in full swing today and it’s been a pretty good first day back!

We’ve got festival collections underway, with Ian down south at Victorious Festival, while Steve and Tremaine are up in London collecting from All Points East Festival.

Dan is keeping things local today, carrying out a few jobs closer to home, so it’s safe to say we’ve hit the ground running!

Just a little reminder below of the services we offer. 👇

Our HIAB fleet ranges from 38 to 85 tm, meaning when it comes to reach and lifting capacity, it really isn’t a problem for us!

Whether it’s festival work, site deliveries, machinery movements or those more challenging lifts, we’re always happy to help.

Wishing everyone a great short week, and hopefully all the children are settling back into school nicely! 📚

I know I’m certainly looking forward to getting back into some sort of rhythm and routine and getting back to doing what I do best!

As we start to draw the curtain on another busy festival season, it’s a great time to reflect on a contract we’ve now had for the last two years with a customer who continues to come back to us time and time again. And, as they say, that really does say it all.

Our service is always on point. We adapt, we stay flexible, and we make sure our customers’ equipment and containers are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Whatever the location, whatever the requirements, we make it happen.

Today, Ian is down in Portsmouth at Victorious Festival, working with our client to get their containers into position and ready for them to open their doors and provide their services to festival-goers.

This particular contract has taken us all over the UK from Cumbria right down to Newquay and it’s certainly been a varied one! It’s also been a pretty enjoyable contract, with plenty of different festivals along the way.

Ian took over this contract this year and has absolutely smashed it out of the park. 👏
He’s built a fantastic working relationship with the client, who seem extremely happy with the service and support they’ve received throughout the season. That relationship is just as important to us as getting the job done, and it’s great to see the hard work paying off.

We’re already looking forward to working with the team again next year and continuing what has become a fantastic partnership.
