Embarkation day in Passau and one of the things I love to see is the bags waiting outside of the cabins for the guests that are about to arrive. Great Rail Journeys offer a a shipping service with Baggageman. The cases are collected from the guests homes and delivered to the ship and at the end of the holiday they send them back home. It’s a brilliant service and the Baggageman team are the best!

Our 2025 season has officially started! 🎉
Over our quiet period we have made some significant improvements so we are more ready than ever. We have moved office, employed new staff who you’ll get to know over the phone, added a couple of new destinations to our already extensive service area and most importantly expanded our fleet of vehicles! 🚐🧳

I would just like to thank you for your wonderful service on my recent River Cruise. The luggage was in my Stateroom on arrival and has been delivered to my home after Holiday . Fully intact no damage.

I was amazed how many passengers on the cruise had no knowledge of your service. As a result I made sure as many as possible were given your details. Once again THANK YOU great service.
