Introducing our new flagship truck!

After 75 years of trading, we decided to celebrate that huge milestone with a 75th anniversary truck that incorporates the old AA Lock blue with the new FH Volvo styling and signwriting. This mix of old and new, as well as some nice light bars, ally wheels and a personal plate has come together rather nicely we think.

JOB ALERT: We are looking for a Vehicle Washer/ Yard Person to join our team in Headcorn, Kent.

Day to day duties involve:
*Washing the inside of our tankers out
*Cleaning the outside of our vehicles to keep both in good condition
*Parking vehicles in our yard
*Keeping our yard area tidy and well maintained, this will involve strimming and cutting grass
*Communicating with our transport team to help organise washes
*Transhipping tanker loads from one tanker to another
*Cleaning/ organising the workshop, shared toilets and staff canteen when required
*Must hold a valid car license - ex-HGV drivers / having your class 1 license would be even better

Money to be discussed based on the candidate.

This is a permanent, full time position. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Saturday 8am to 12pm.

Last week we celebrated Roy's retirement and service to AA Lock Transport, his commitment and consistency for the company for 49 years has been amazing! We are all going to miss him and the way he just got on with things. Here are a few pictures below. Enjoy your time off, you've earned it!
