Morning all,

Well yesterday DID
NOT go to plan but as always we got it done ( Well what we could do as certain things .... Lawyers and buyers are outwith even our super powers)
Early morning sick message so I had to rearrange my home surveys and appointments as I was going out on a move BUT I had just had amazing work on the auld back on Tuesday evening (Photo that looks like I've been attacked by an 🐙) and I was moving about like a 21 year old athlete until I started the move and by the end of the day I feel 10 times worse and in need of another appointment with Mags early next week as I'm back moving like a 91 year old ex athlete 😳😂
Our fab customer who has had so many delays and hold ups was super organised and we got her loaded and ready to move into her new home but low and behold and through no fault of hers the move hasn't happened and its up in the air.. Horrendous situation and with 5 in the chain many more are now in this awful position. We will get it sorted for our customer no matter what as she really has had a hell of a time with this move.

Keywaits are 💯 the devils work... Absolute nightmare and it is beyond me why it takes Soooooo long to get things over the line in 2026!!! Surely with all the technology these days and the "world wide web" it should be flawless!!!! NOPE ITS GETTING WORSE YEAR ON YEAR AND ITS OUR FAB CUSTOMERS WHO FEEL THE BRUNT BOTH FINANCIALLY AND STRESS WISE...

I have Home Surveys starting at 8am today then meeting up with the team late morning.

Well the lads are hard at it today with 2 jobs completed before 10am 💪 Crazy busy day with CMAV jobs, The Flatpack Guys jobs, Home Surveys and this auld yin is in for cups and massage or whatevers needed to sort this auld frame oot from the amazing Mags at M Milne Therapies ( Don't bother with the "Your bodies past saving etc etc" 😀 😉 😄 )
