Reunited With Our Lost Tablet – Thanks to Our Amazing Travel Agent, Marie Rayner
Our recent trip to Dalaman came with a little drama - courtesy of our 4 year old daughter. While we were on our transfer to the hotel, we suddenly realised a tablet had been left behind on a bench at the baggage claim area.. Cue the panic! Anyone travelling with a young child knows how important that tablet can be, especially for long travel days.
Thankfully, our travel agent, Marie Rayner, was incredible from start to finish. As soon as we realised it was missing, Marie jumped straight into action. She contacted Dalaman Airport the very same day, and thanks to her quick work, airport staff were able to locate the tablet and confirm exactly where it would be kept safely until our return.
Throughout the holiday, Marie kept in touch, sending clear instructions and even speaking directly with the airport again to make sure it would still be there when we flew home. Thanks to her, collecting it on our departure day was simple and stress-free.
We were honestly so impressed with the level of service — Marie went above and beyond to help us. And best of all, our daughter was absolutely over the moon to be reunited with her tablet for the journey home!
If you’re looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares and will go that extra mile, we can’t recommend Marie Rayner enough.

👋Hi everyone, I hope you are all enjoying this beautiful weather we are having in the UK at the moment
I just wanted to say a huge apology for my quietness over the past few months, as some of you may know I unexpectedly lost my dad just before Christmas which was very heart-breaking 💔💔
I also lost 2 friends this year so as you can gather things have been very hard, I also had to have throat surgery in February which had taken its toll on me 😢
But I’m now back and ready to help you find that amazing holiday you have been looking for.
I have booked a family group on a cruise for next year 2026 for a lovely Big Birthday celebration 🎂🎊🎉
Also, a once in a lifetime holiday to Canada which I will share with you all on another post.🐻🫎🦫🚄🛶
