We are growing! Due to an increase in our transport contracts, we are looking for reliable Passenger Assistants to help transport children and young people safely to and from local schools and colleges.

​What the Role Involves:

​Assisting passengers on Taxi and Minibus routes during school drop-offs and pick-ups.

​Flexible Hours: Roughly 1–2 hours in the morning and/or 1–2 hours in the afternoon.

​School Term Time Only: Perfect for parents, retirees, or anyone seeking local, part-time work around school hours.

​What We Offer & Require:

​No prior experience needed — full training and guidance provided.

​Simple online video training to get you started.

Able to pass a DBS check. ​Enhanced DBS check provided.

​Half-day training course to be completed within your first 3 months.

​Complete flexibility: Work anywhere from 1 to 5 days a week (mornings, afternoons, or both).

Local Bus Service Passenger Notice.

We are implementing timetable adjustments for the 32, commencing 1st September 2026. These revisions are being introduced collaboratively with Norfolk County Council and align with essential modifications to the Central Connect Service 9.

New timetable leaflets are available to pick up on the bus and on our website.

We would like to take this moment to inform you that the 'kids travel free' initiative will conclude on August 31st for all our local bus services; however, the capped single ticket fare of £3 will remain active.
