Ahoy mateys! The newest addition to the Magic family on the outskirts of Benidorm is the swash-buckling Magic Pirates Island – a paradise for young buccaneers and bootleggers.
This ship-shape hotel has everything on deck for a successful voyage. We’re talking pools, entertainment, restaurants, and even direct access to the rides and slides of Aqua Natura water park.
Three pools will mean plenty of opportunities to make a splash. First up is the exclusive paradise pool, where VIP Bali beds are available for hire, and a couple of Jacuzzis will be on hand to help you unwind. Then there’s Battleship Bay, a spacious number with play areas aplenty, including the resort’s very own pirate ship. And there are plenty of sun loungers sprinkled ‘round the edge for captains to keep watch on the young deckhands of course. Finally there’s a splash pool that’s believed to be home to a creature of the deep – are you brave enough to face the kraken?
There’s plenty to get stuck into on dry land, too, including a mini club for youngsters aged 4-12, a virtual reality zone where those aged 12+ can immerse themselves in a different world, a dance zone, and an arcade room. And the fun doesn’t let up as the sun goes down, either, with themed nights and live shows tailored to the whole crew.
Four restaurants means plenty of choice when tummies are rumbling. With two buffet-style numbers – complete with children’s section – and two themed restaurants that are open for lunch and dinner, you certainly won’t go hungry here. There are six watering holes peppered around the hotel, too, including one by each pool, so you won’t have to wander far for a pint of grog.
